How long will my order take?
Please allow up to 1 week for processing and mail-out from time of order placement. Allow up to 2-4 weeks for orders in the USA from time of placement.
Do you do refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on any of our products at this time. Our Apparel is drop-shipped and designed with our original art so it cannot be returned to the producer. With our other items, we cannot provide refunds as all items are FINAL SALE. We can accept requests for repairs on some jewelry items if broken when arriving to you.
What if my product was damaged in the mail?
Please send a picture of the damage to email@example.com. Note that each product damaged in the package will be discussed on a case by case basis and may result in a refund or replacement product.
What is the shelf-life of your Wellness products?
Wellness items are good for up to 6 months from date of purchase. All other items on our site have an indefinite shelf-life.
Do you do free repairs on jewelry?
Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate the wear and tear of jewelry items once in your possession, but if your item arrived damaged or broken, and if we can send a replacement, we will. However, if we cannot send a replacement, we will provide a refund for JEWELRY items only with return of the broken pieces. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and refund will only be provided once broken pieces arrive to Indig Busy-ness.
Do you do workshops?
Yes! We can work with your organization to do workshops on Wellness, Financial Literacy or Entrepreneurism and always willing to share our thoughts on these topics. However, please note that we do not offer free workshops at this time.
Do you give back to the community? How do you give back?
Yes! We try to put 10% of profits towards a fund that allows us to give emergency funds and donations to individuals and organizations that work towards and support Harm Reduction in the surrounding communities of Kainai, Calgary, and Vancouver. You can contact us directly to request support.
