Operating from Naatoíyiki's homelands of the Blood Tribe, in Southern Alberta, Treaty 7, Blackfoot Territory. Thankful to be apart of this community and for connection to these lands.

About Naatoíyiki :
Naatoíyiki means "Holy Whistle" in Blackfoot, and was a name given to the Creator of Indig Busy-ness by her maternal Grandfather. She grew up on the Blood Tribe Reserve in Blackfoot Territory for the majority of her life, before moving to Mohkinstsis (Calgary) to further her education in business. She is currently located on Blackfoot Territory on the Blood Tribe in Southern Alberta. She also sometimes operates Indig Busy-ness from British Columbia.
Since university, she has had many opportunities to learn from the West Coast Indigenous peoples and fell in love with their histories, their resilience, and their strength of cultural retention through Art. Naatoíyiki wanted to bring this back to her own community, and thus, Indig Busy-ness was born.
Indig Busy-ness is a passion project that focuses on Wellness through Art, Entrepreneurism, and Financial Literacy. Our 4 pillars of Collaboration, Empowerment, Sustainability, and Tradition guide our content on this site and aim to retain our cultural teachings for generations to come. We also discuss and are guided by the Truth and Reconciliation Call to Action #92 that relates directly to Business and Reconciliation.
We are forever humbled by all of your support to date and look forward to the future.
